For 1 meal
- 2 small tomatoes
- 50 g of natural tuna
- 50 g of mozzarella
- 1 C. coffee lemon juice
- 2 basil leaves
- olive oil
Wash the tomatoes and cut a hat at the top of each. Evaporate them with a spoon and collect their flesh to cut in small dice.
Emit the tuna and mix it with lemon juice. Wash the basil and chop it. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix tuna, tomato, mozzarella and basil with a drizzle of olive oil.
Place this mixture in the cored tomatoes and put the hat on top.
