Eggs casserole, fresh goat cheese and herbs

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people :
  • 1 fresh goat cheese 130 g
  • 2 tbsp. to s. creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp. to s. chopped herbs (chives, mint, basil, tarragon ...)
  • 2 thin slices of ham
  • 4 large fresh eggs
  • 1 knob of butter
  • salt
  • pepper.


Mash the goat cheese with the cream with the fork. Salt, pepper and mix with herbs. Divide this mixture into 4 buttered ramekins, compacting slightly. Cut the ham into small pieces in the ramekins. Dig in the center. Break an egg. Add the rest of the grated cheese. Cover the ramekins with parchment paper. Cook 10 minutes steaming. Sip immediately with toasted bread.
