Zebra cake or zebra cake

Vanilla paste:

  • 175 g flour

Chocolate paste:

  • 50 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 25 g unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Butter and flour a mold to miss.

In a first bowl, prepare the vanilla dough by mixing first, the oil, the milk, the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla extract. Then add flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.

In a second bowl, prepare the chocolate paste, mixing the ingredients as before, but adding the cocoa powder with the flour.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Pour in the center of the mold 1 tablespoon vanilla paste, then 1 tablespoon chocolate paste and so on until there is no more dough. The dough will spread by itself and fill the mold.

Bake for 40 minutes. about by watching. Check the cooking with a knife, if the blade comes out clean it is cooked.

Unmold and let cool on a rack before eating.
